Today we are on a research and development mission for the season.  As many of our products are made from fresh fruit, part of our job is to source out fresh ingredients from suppliers so that we can make our products all season long.  With that said on our down days we get to sample fruit from various suppliers.  We do this so that we can ensure  ourselves of the quality of our products and so that we know the origin of all of our ingredients.
