We only use one sweetener, cane sugar. La Brisa Fruit bars and Ice Cream bars contain 20-30 % less sugar compared to national leading manufactures. We are able to this because of the high quality fruit that we use and the amount of fruit in each bar. The fruits natural sugars are what bring these bars to life. La Brisa prides itself in creating its own unique flavors using only the finest fresh fruits available. We are able to maintain quality and prices down by working with local suppliers and purchasing fruit from farmers markets in Houston.
